Those Harrod Boys

Matthew didn’t fall asleep until around 1:30, then ate at 4:30. Mommy took Jonathan to school for the morning, then she and Matthew came home for a rather quiet few hours. When Daddy came home we ate dinner, then Daddy took Jonathan to Wal Mart to return a couple of things before heading to Starbucks to meet a friend who had a computer question.

This picture is from Sunday night. Jonathan decided he wanted to lay at the other end of the bed. When Mommy checked on him, this is what she found.

Matthew slept pretty well last night. Jonathan came and got in bed with us around 7 this morning. Daddy and Jonathan watched The Incredibles and let Mommy and Matthew sleep for a while. Jonathan and Daddy went to the grocery store this afternoon to get a few things for dinner. It was a nice day at home even if the clouds and cool weather have moved in for a few days.

Pana and Nana headed home this morning. Daddy and Jonathan mowed the lawn and played in the basement for a good long time. We went to church this evening. Jonathan learned about Samuel in his class and Matthew slept through worship, one of the few times that such an act is welcome.

Mommy and Daddy were up late with Matthew again. This morning we took him back to the doctor’s office for a checkup. He is back to his birthweight and doesn’t need to use the formula supplement anymore (yay!). Daddy, Papa and Jonathan went out to Wal-Mart to look for some DVD deals. It was busy, but they had all lanes open, so we didn’t wait too long at all. Afterwards we went to the Shack in the Back for some BBQ.

Happy Thanksgiving! Mommy and Daddy were up a very long time with Matthew overnight. He finally fell asleep around 2 AM. About 3:30, Jonathan came running into our room. Papa heard the footsteps and came up to tuck him back in.

We munched on yummies all morning and afternoon and had a nice dinner that Mommy and Nana prepared this evening.

We brought up the Christmas tree from the basement. Jonathan wanted to help put the star on top.

Daddy headed in to work this morning very sleepily - Matthew didn’t sleep much overnight. Seems like he had a sore belly. Mommy and Matthew took a nap this morning and woke up to a note; Papa, Nana and Jonathan had headed over to the mall. They had a good time and Mommy got a good nap.

For dinner we headed over to Peurto Vallarta for some Thanksgiving Mexican food. Mommy and Daddy took Matthew with them to Target afterwards while everyone else went home. Later this evening, Matthew had an “explosive” diaper and needed a bath. Nana and Papa happily oblidged. Mommy noticed hom much Matthew and Jonathan looked alike at this age (about twenty days old).

Jonathan and Papa played around the house today while Nana and Mommy took Matthew to Wal-Mart to get goodies for Thanksgiving.
