Those Harrod Boys

Daddy left for work around 6 AM, so he didn’t get to play with Jonathan very much today.  Mommy and Jonathan met Robyn and Thomas for lunch and shopping and Jonathan helped Mommy pick up around the house.  He’s getting ready to get a bath as Daddy types.

Daddy forgot to take a picture today.  We went out to Target today and played around the house.

Jonathan got his first bloddy lip tonight, but he’s ok. We went to dinner with the Clems and afterward went back to their house. Jonathan bopped his lip on the wall and managed to cut his lip on his teeth. He only cried for a minute or so and then went back to playing. He’s a tough kid. We’ll have some pictures to add of Jonathan and Thomas soon.

Daddy and Jonathan got up for breakfast this morning and had a fun time playing with his toys.  Hey Papa, Jonathan went straight for the hammer - perhaps you’ll have a junior apprentice soon.

Jonathan may have a little bruise on his cheek tomorrow.  He was pulling up on a kitchen chair this morning and his legs just weren’t strong enough - his cheek bounced off the chair.  He whimpered for a minute, but was fine.  He’s a trooper.

Mommy gave him a bath a little while ago and he’s tucked in his crib for the night.

Daddy went to Owen County for work today and Mommy and Jonathan stayed home.  They had a little adventure as Mommy got “broken in” when Jonathan had an upset tummy and got sick; really, really sick.  But he’s been okay since then and even fell asleep at 7:30 while finishing his bottle.  He’s been pulling up on just about any piece of furniture he can and is getting better at it everyday.

Jonathan helped Mommy with the laundry and the ironing today and he also learned how to open the kitchen cabinets.  He and Daddy played ball in the kitchen floor this afternon.

Daddy had to travel for work today, so Mommy and Jonathan stayed around the house and we all met at church tonight for fellowship.  Jonathan had a good morning but a fussy afternoon.  He tried his “I’m to busy to sleep” routine again tonight, but gave up after fifteen minutes or so.  This picture was taken yesterday.
